Ambivalent Co. operates Hena and hena.dev. This notice explains the information we collect for the Hena waitlist and how you can control it.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, your consent version, subscription status, and timestamps related to registration or unsubscription. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical information needed to distinguish people from automated abuse. We do not ask for your name, company, or payment information.
How we use it
We use your email only to confirm registration and send meaningful Hena beta and launch updates. We do not sell your information or use the waitlist for third-party advertising.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this site, protects the form with Turnstile, stores waitlist records in D1, and provides privacy-focused aggregate analytics. Resend delivers registration and launch emails. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist records for as long as needed to provide beta and launch updates. You may unsubscribe through the link in any email. To request deletion of the record itself, email [email protected]. We may retain minimal records when required to honor an unsubscribe request or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
Joining is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time without affecting access to the public website or open-source software. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information by contacting us.
